A limp vellum binding, sewn on leather thongs, with tanned leather foredge ties.
The text pages are composed of pages with alternating windows revealing randomly selected words from dictionary pages, against typeset pages with the text of John Chapter 1 (In the beginning was the Word ... ).

The quite fabulous cradle was constructed from an original design, for the purpose of displaying both the binding and the text.
